1. AUTHORIZED AGENT
The Royal Sport Management Spółka Z.O.O company with its seat in Szczecin, address: Al. Piastów 54/4, 70-311 Szczecin, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Szczecin-Centrumin Szczecin, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000536119, NIP:8522611066, REGON: 360350280, part of the global tourism association: IATA/TIDS:96087515, insurance no: 1016534397 issued by PZU for the total amount of EUR820,000, represented by Paweł Żurakowski and using the commercial name The Royal Luxury Holiday & The Royal Sport Management.

2.PAYMENTS
2.1 The entire payment will be made by bank transfer to the bank accounts specified in the e-mail in response to this form or Payment will be made by credit card via the created payment link.
2.2 Extra expenses to be made within the hotel are recorded in the client’s room and the responsibility for payment is on the client.

3.CANCELLATION AND CHANGE
3.1. After payment is made, the reservation is finalized and the client has no right to cancel.
3.2 If changes such as reservation date and number of people etc. are requested, the change will be accepted after paying the difference. If an amount less than the amount paid arises due to the change, the agency is not obliged to refund.
3.3 Change requests that do not change the price are accepted and must be notified 3 days before the reservation date.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1 The hotel check in time is from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and check out until 12 p.m. on the day of departure. The Agency allows the possibility of changing the hours of the check in depending on the client’s needs, subject to availability and the consent of the Hotel.
4.2 Number and type of meals / boarding: All inclusive.
4.3 Services and concept information within the hotel can be accessed via the hotel’s official website. (https://www.emirhotels.com/en/)
4.4. Round-trip transfer service between the hotel and the airport is the responsibility of the agency. The client must provide the flight details to the agency 3 days before the flight dates.
4.5 Transfers between the stadium where the tournament will be played and the hotel will be provided by the agency, and the agency will inform clients about the pick up times on the day of arrival.
4.6 The ancient city and shopping tour included in the package will be accompanied by a professional guide, and the date and time will be notified to clients on the day of check-in.
4.7 The badges given at the entrance will also be considered as match tickets and the customer is obliged to show her/his badge at the entrance of the match.
